Vasiliki secured her first-choice ENT job on the prestigious academic ENT training pathway in the North East region through the NIHR Integrated Academic Training Programme. With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and research, they bring a deep commitment to advancing ENT as an academic discipline. Mr Lee Hatter
ENT ST4
2023-2024 Interview Cohort
Lee ranked 8th in the national recruitment process, securing his first choice ENT registrar job. He has a strong academic background, having published extensively in high impact factor medical journals, including as the first author of a randomised controlled trial in the Lancet. He has an MD in clinical research and is currently writing up his PhD thesis.

Dema is an experienced educator with a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Education. She brings a wealth of teaching experience from ENT deaneries across both the South West and South East of England, combining her clinical expertise with a strong passion for medical education and trainee development.
Mr Christian Grimes

2022-2023 Interview Cohort
Christian has a strong background in medical education, with significant experience in teaching and exam preparation, having led University teaching programmes and regional OSCE examinations for medical students. Currently, he serves as the Peninsula regional representative for ENTeach, contributing to the development of the national virtual ENT learning platform. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Education with Distinction.
