Cancellation & Refunds policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all bookings made for any SWIFT ENT course or webinar. By purchasing a place on a SWIFT ENT course, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. "Guide to Applying for ENT ST3 Training" webinar

Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund is available if cancellation is requested up to 7 days before the webinar release date.

  • Cancellation requests received within 7 days of the webinar release date are not eligible for a refund.

The webinar release date refers to the date on which access to the webinar content is made available to registered participants.

2. "ENT ST3 Interview Simulation" Course

The ENT ST3 Interview Simulation course has strictly limited capacity due to faculty allocation, candidate pairing, and timetabling requirements.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only if SWIFT ENT is able to fill your allocated place with another candidate.

  • If your place is successfully filled, a refund will be issued minus a 10% administration fee.

  • This policy applies from the moment of purchase.

If we are unable to fill your space, no refund will be issued.

Non-Attendance (No Shows)

Failure to attend a booked course or simulation session without prior agreement constitutes a no show. No shows are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

info@swift-ent.co.uk

Requests should include:

  • Your full name

  • The course or webinar booked

  • The date of the course/webinar

  • Proof of booking

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.

Amendments

SWIFT ENT reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to that purchase.
