What is SWIFT ENT?

South West Interview courses For Trainees in ENT was founded by passionate ENT trainees from the South West of England who understand exactly what it takes to succeed in ENT ST3 interviews. With existing ENT ST3 interview courses being both expensive and limited in number, we wanted to offer courses that provided more doctors with the skills needed to succeed at interview, for a fairer price.

Who are the coaches?

Our team comprises successful trainees from the past three interview cycles, including trained educators, NIHR academics, and first-choice post holders. With first-hand experience of the process, we know exactly what makes a candidate stand out — and what pitfalls to avoid. See the "About" page to meet the team.

Where are the courses hosted?

All courses are hosted online. This helps to simulate the real environment of the interview, and makes attending our courses more convenient for you.

What is the session duration?

"A guide to applying for ENT ST3 Training" - 2 hours
"ENT ST3 Interview Simulation Course" - 1 day

How do I book a session?

To register your interest, please email info@swift-ent.co.uk. Our Interview Simulation Course has limited availability and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applicants who successfully reserve a place will receive confirmation by email. Payment details will then be provided, and once payment has been received by SWIFT ENT, your booking will be finalised.
